Refunds, on your terms

If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before kickoff, the booking amount is returned only as bonus credit in your personal account. The service fee is non-refundable. Refunds are issued only as bonus credit in your personal account, available for future bookings. Money is not returned to a card, bank account or in cash. Later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded. Repeated no-shows may restrict future access.

01How do I book a spot?+
Choose a published game in the schedule. Sign in or create an account, complete your player profile and follow the booking steps. For a paid game, your place is confirmed after full payment. Check your confirmation before travelling.
02Can I come alone?+
Yes. Book an individual place and come on your own. Organisers arrange the teams at the session; you do not need to bring a team.
03How does a match run?+
Our current games are 8-a-side at Ballers Downtown. A session lasts 90 minutes. Check the match card for the number of places; the organiser manages teams and substitutions on the day.
